How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Limitsjohnny Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Limitsjohnny Pest Control went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Limitsjohnny Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, hand out refunds for a provider's work, or make choices on a provider's behalf.
If you worry about how a pesticide was applied, you can also reach the agency that oversees pest control in Illinois.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@limitsjohnny.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
